Once the connection is made, the Configurator gets all the details and general information from the mo-vis device and displays them on the right-hand side of the window.
General information
Click on the tab that contains the COM port name, serial number and product name to view all the general information on the right-hand side of the window.
Error log
Click on Log in the device view to see an overview of all occurred errors, with the number of times that they have occurred.
Note: This is only active from Access Level Dealer and higher.
Click on Reset to reset the counter to zero.
Click on Reset all counters to reset all counters at once.
Note: The changes are saved automatically and immediately.
